1. Are you manufacturer?

Yes, our factory and office are in the same building, located in Dongguan city, Guangdong province.

2. Is your product in stock or customizable?

Because our company only makes customized products that is no general version or stock, so all pictures are only used for display. You will not receive the goods if you take directly, please contact with the personnel of the service to give your service before you take the bag.

3. Could you send me some samples?

Our company provides samples for free, but you need to pay the postage fee that can be refunded after the transaction.

4. What about your quotation?

Our company's quotation will be based on the bag size, material thickness, product quantity, printing color, etc. If you want to know about the Precise price, please contact us for detailed communication.

5. Is it for us to design or design by your company?

Our company provides the design for free or after you design it and then hand it over to us.

But if we design it, we need to pay the design fee before the transaction. The design fee will be deducted from the payment after the transaction , it will not be refunded if the transaction is not made.

6. What is your payment method?

Prepaid 30% deposit + all copperplate fees, 70% of the payment after the completion of production, and the shipment will be shipped after the payment is settled. During the production process, we will take photos and confirm various details such as printing, bag cutting and finished products.

7. How long to produce my products?

Under normal circumstances, Plate making time is 5-7 days, printing - composite - bag making is 10-12 days. In case of urgent situation, please inform us separately and documents, payment, etc. should be delivered in time!

8. Is the finished product consistent with the sample?

The actual finished product of the bag will float up to 10%, and the payment will be settled in the actual production quantity. If there is strict requirement on the quantity, please inform in advance! Please check carefully after receiving the goods. 9. Will you receive an order for imitation?
